How our design process works
Once you’ve filled out my application form, we’ll organize a call to chat through your business and website requirements. After the call I’ll be putting together a custom proposal for you including a quote and what’s included in the service. If you’re happy to go ahead, you’ll then receive my contract and deposit invoice to schedule in our slot!
I’ll get started on preparing your website strategy, which ensures we’re both clear on the direction of the project. This includes: An audit of your existing website (identifying gaps & opportunities for the new site) SEO keyword & market research (so we can optimize each page for your ideal customers) Style & focus suggestions (so we’re prepped & on the same page for project kick-off!)
Send us your content and elements we need before we start the project (such as your branding, text, images etc.). Brand logo, images, portfolio material and other media.
I’ll be setting up your website and designing the layout to send to you for initial feedback. With your feedback I’ll be refining the design of the website and setting up your other pages to send you a full first draft to review. This is all about refining the draft ready to launch your site!
It’s the makeover reveal moment! Once we’ve finished refining your website, we’ll get ready to launch it into the world. I’ll be providing you with tips on what to do next, as well as tutorials showing you how to make edits & updates yourself easily.
